Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Al Rukam Cleaning Services. Before confirming any booking, please read and understand the following terms and conditions, which apply to all deep cleaning services we provide.

Booking & Scheduling

  • Services must be booked in advance via WhatsApp or our website.

  • We reserve the right to confirm or deny any booking based on availability.

  • A confirmed date and time will be shared with you upon finalizing the booking.

Offer Validity

All quotations or service offers shared via WhatsApp or other channels are valid for 10 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope of Work

Our proposal is based on the service details discussed at the time of quotation. It includes only what is clearly mentioned. Any additional services or requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as extras and quoted separately.

Site Condition Assumption

We assume that the property is in reasonably maintained condition. If the space is found in poor or unsafe condition upon arrival, we reserve the right to revise the quote or decline the service.

Re-cleaning Charges

If the customer requests repeat cleaning of areas that were already cleaned and handed over, additional charges will apply, unless the issue is due to our team’s error and reported within 24 hours.

Utility Requirements

Access to water and electricity (DEWA connection) is mandatory for all deep cleaning work. In case of no utility access, services may be delayed or rescheduled, and extra charges may apply.

Access & Safety

The client must ensure that:

  • The team has proper access to the property.

  • Pets and children are kept away from cleaning zones for safety.

  • Valuable or fragile items are removed or secured.

We are not responsible for damage to unsecured valuables.

Service Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling or cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations (within working hours on the day of service) will result in a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

  • If our team arrives at the location and is unable to begin work due to client-side delays, unavailability, or access issues, an additional call-out fee or rescheduling charge may apply.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be reconfirmed by our operations team.

Customer Satisfaction

We aim to deliver top-quality results. If there is any issue, please notify us within 24 hours of job completion. We will evaluate and, if needed, offer corrective cleaning.

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required before the service begins, and the remaining 50% is due immediately upon completion of the job, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods as communicated during booking.

  • A full upfront payment may be requested for first-time clients or large-scale projects, at our discretion.

  • Delay in final payment may result in late fees or withholding of further services until cleared.

Confirmation of Agreement

Proceeding with the booking confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
